Aiphone to establish new headquarters and R&D facility in Nagoya

Aiphone will construct a new headquarters and research-and-development facility at its Nagoya site in Aichi Prefecture. The project, with planned investment of approximately 200 million yen, is scheduled to begin in December 2025 and complete by September 2027.
Midac Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Midac Holdings, is developing the Okuyama-no-Mori Clean Center final disposal facility in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, in four phases. The project began in December 2008 and is scheduled for completion in December 2026, with total planned investment of ¥12.005 billion.
Resona Bank plans to invest ¥42 billion in computer systems and related equipment at facilities in Chuo Ward, Osaka, and elsewhere. The project is scheduled to start in April 2026, with no completion date disclosed.
FCTI, Inc., a subsidiary of Seven Bank, plans an investment in ATMs and related equipment in Texas and other locations in the United States. The project is scheduled to start in July 2025 and be completed in December 2026, funded through internal resources and borrowings.
