EDP to install and modify high-vacuum growth equipment at Yokoe Plant

EDP plans to install and modify high-vacuum growth equipment at its Yokoe Plant in Ibaraki, Osaka Prefecture. The project is scheduled to start in May 2026 and be completed in April 2027, with a total planned investment of ¥55 million.
