KOKUSAI ELECTRIC to develop semiconductor equipment at Toyama facility

KOKUSAI ELECTRIC is investing in development and evaluation facilities for batch deposition equipment and single-wafer plasma treatment equipment at its Toyama site. The project began in November 2023 and is scheduled for completion in March 2027, with total planned investment of ¥9.817 billion.
