Mitsubishi Estate and Tokyu Land will rebuild the Harajuku Hakkakukan building in Shibuya ward, Tokyo. The new structure will be a 6-story steel-frame building with total floor area of 2,920 sqm, featuring retail and dining facilities. Construction is scheduled to begin in early October 2026 with completion targeted for August 2030.
