Nakaumi to start new Vietnam plant next summer, targeting 3,000 tons/month capacity

Osaka-based all-thread (fastener) maker Nakaumi Kogyo is expanding its Vietnamese subsidiary, where output has tripled to 1,500 tons/month since its 2017 founding on strong exports to Europe and the US. A new plant is scheduled to start operation next summer, with the company aiming to eventually double capacity to 3,000 tons/month.
