Rakunou Nyugyo to build new dairy processing plant in Koriyama, Fukushima with Norinchukin/JFC financing

Norinchukin Bank and the Japan Finance Corporation announced financing support for Rakunou Nyugyo's new dairy processing plant in Koriyama, Fukushima Prefecture. The project, with total capex of JPY 17.6 billion, aims to help balance raw milk supply and demand amid aging dairy plant infrastructure nationwide.
