San-Ai Obbli to expand aircraft fueling facilities in Ota, Tokyo

San-Ai Obbli plans a ¥40.0 billion aircraft fueling facility in Ota, Tokyo, funded through internal funds and borrowings. Construction began in March 2024 and is scheduled for completion in September 2028; the project will strengthen aviation-fuel storage and supply capacity.
