San-Etsu Metal to expand second factory at Tonami plant

San-Etsu Metal plans to expand the second factory at its Tonami Plant in Toyama Prefecture for its copper and copper-alloy business. The company expects to invest ¥1.14 billion, begin construction in July 2026, and complete the expansion in May 2027 using internal funds.
