Sawayaka Club to build 70-bed care facility in Abiko

Sawayaka Club plans to build the Sawayaka Abiko Nibankan care facility in Abiko, Chiba, adding 70 beds. The project is scheduled to start in September 2026 and be completed in July 2027, with total planned investment of JPY 1.125376 billion funded by internal funds and borrowings.
