Sawayaka Club to build new 80-bed care facility in Kumagaya

Sawayaka Club plans to build the Sawayaka Kumagaya Nibankan care facility in Kumagaya, Saitama, adding 80 beds. Construction began in November 2025 and is scheduled for completion in March 2027, funded through internal funds and borrowings.
NTT Urban Development completed a two-story steel-frame cultural facility in Kyoto's Minami Ward, developed on municipally owned land as part of the Kyoto Station Southeast Area revitalization initiative. The 1,382.05 sqm facility will house the immersive art center Superblue Kyoto on the first floor and the QUESTION BP gallery on the second floor; opening is planned for early 2027.
Oishii Farm opened its Open Innovation Center in Hamura, Tokyo, on August 5, 2026, as a research and development facility dedicated to plant factories and next-generation agriculture. Asahi Kogyosha handled the full plant-cultivation facility construction, including interior work, environmental-control and air-conditioning systems, and nutrient-solution equipment.
