Sawayaka Club to build new Sawayaka Ranzan care facility in Saitama

Sawayaka Club plans to develop the provisional Sawayaka Ranzan facility in Ranzan, Saitama, for its nursing-care business. The project is budgeted at JPY 76.215 million, with construction scheduled from October 2026 to November 2027 and capacity for 60 beds after completion.
