SBS Holdings completed the Tomisato Logistics Center in Tomisato, Chiba, and held a completion ceremony on September 14, 2026. The four-story, multi-tenant facility has approximately 118,333.72 sqm of floor area on a 51,959.10 sqm site, 111 truck berths, and a self-consumption solar power system with about 5,000 panels, SBS Group's largest to date.

Mitsui Fudosan's Taiwanese subsidiary has decided on its first logistics facility project in Taoyuan as it enters logistics development as a fourth business area. The announcement does not disclose the project's investment amount, capacity, contractor, or construction schedule.

The four-story, multi-tenant facility supports up to six tenants, has 44 truck berths, and includes a rooftop solar installation with maximum output of 1,500 kW; Taiho Construction served as designer, supervisor and contractor.
