Sumitomo Osaka Cement to refurbish Shibaura service station and cement plant facilities

Sumitomo Osaka Cement plans a ¥3.823 billion refurbishment project covering its Shibaura service station and Tokyo SOC's Shibaura plant facilities in Minato, Tokyo. Construction started in November 2025 and is scheduled for completion in September 2027.
