Sunwels to build 60-bed PD House care facility in Niigata

Sunwels plans to construct the PD House Niigata Terayama facility in Higashi Ward, Niigata City. The project has a total planned investment of JPY 662 million and is expected to add 60 beds; construction began in September 2025.
