Tokyu Land completes and starts operating agrivoltaic solar power plant in Kumagaya

Tokyu Land and Saitama Fukko developed and completed the ReENE Solar Farm Kumagaya agrivoltaic power plant in Kumagaya, Saitama, with operations beginning on April 1, 2026. The facility consolidates 35 agricultural parcels covering approximately 4 hectares, grows wheat beneath elevated solar panels, and supplies electricity to Tokyu Land-owned offices and commercial facilities through an off-site PPA.

Takaoka Toko and e-Mobility Power jointly developed the SERA-400 ultra-fast charger, which began operation at the inbound Ebina Service Area on the Tomei Expressway on September 14, 2026. The site has three rapid chargers with eight outlets and 920 kW of total output; Takaoka Toko installed two units with four outlets and 520 kW of output, including one 400 kW SERA-400 unit.

HARE晴れ starts operating a 360 kW solar power plant for Skylark Holdings' off-site PPA

HARE晴れ has started operating a solar power plant in Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido, developed under an off-site PPA to supply renewable electricity to 14 Skylark Holdings-owned and operated restaurants. The facility has approximately 360 kW of output and expected annual generation of approximately 490,000 kWh, reducing CO2 emissions by about 250 tonnes annually.

The four-story, multi-tenant facility supports up to six tenants, has 44 truck berths, and includes a rooftop solar installation with maximum output of 1,500 kW; Taiho Construction served as designer, supervisor and contractor.
