TOPPAN Holdings to build Gunma Reiwa film plant

TOPPAN Holdings subsidiary Tamapoly is developing the Gunma Reiwa Plant, a new film manufacturing facility in Oizumi, Gunma. The project includes film production equipment, land and buildings, with total planned investment of ¥25.291 billion; construction began in December 2024 and is scheduled for completion in October 2026.
