UMC Electronics plans a total investment of ¥1.322 billion in manufacturing equipment, building-related facilities, and software at its Saitama, Miyazaki, Saga, and Hadano factories. Construction and installation are scheduled from April 2026 through March 2027, supporting its electronics manufacturing services business.
Ricoh will construct a new four-story building at its existing Atsugi site in Kanagawa to consolidate manufacturing functions and expand inkjet-head production and supply capacity. JFE Conform has been selected as the planned construction contractor, with handover scheduled for December 2027.
