Vertex Corporation to renew machinery and formwork at Chiba and other plants

Vertex Corporation plans a JPY 2.16 billion renewal program for machinery and formwork at its Chiba and other concrete-business plants. The work is scheduled from April 2026 through March 2027 and is expected to add little capacity because it primarily replaces existing equipment.
