Yoshikawa Kikai completes phase-1 new factory expansion in Izumo, Shimane

Yoshikawa Kikai, a group company of Niigata-based Meiwa Group, completed phase-1 construction of a new factory building adjacent to its existing plant in Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, with operations starting July 13, 2026. The expansion, part of a plant rebuild and capacity expansion plan tied to local investment incentive programs, boosts production capacity for industrial robot components and MRI precision parts by 50-70%; phase-2 (rebuilding the existing plant) is expected to complete around November 2027.
