Chari Lot to invest ¥8.3 billion in Ito Onsen Velodrome facilities

Chari Lot plans a total investment of ¥8.3 billion in facilities at Ito Onsen Velodrome in Ito, Shizuoka. Construction began in May 2025 and is scheduled for completion in August 2027; the disclosure does not specify additional capacity.
Pasona Group will open the permanent PASONA HARBOR STAGE offshore on Awaji Island, Hyogo, on July 17, 2026. The multipurpose venue will host concerts and events and includes a 550-seat audience area, a 900 sqm viewing area, a 600 sqm stage, and large-scale projection equipment; it will be operated by Nijigennomori.
