The multipurpose venue will host concerts and events and includes a 550-seat audience area, a 900 sqm viewing area, a 600 sqm stage, and large-scale projection equipment; it will be operated by Nijigennomori.

Fantasista's board decided to develop an AI data center on approximately 71,787 sqm of land it owns in Aoba-ku, Sendai, Miyagi, through consolidated subsidiary NC MAX WORLD. ITOKI completes renewal of chair manufacturing hub in Shiga
