Hankyu Hanshin Properties completes Buford Creek logistics center in Atlanta

Hankyu Hanshin Properties, through its wholly owned U.S. subsidiary Hankyu Hanshin Properties USA LLC, completed the Buford Creek Business Center logistics facility in the Atlanta metropolitan area on August 28, 2026. Developed jointly with Trammell Crow Company, CBRE, Keihanshin Building and Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate, the facility supports last-mile delivery and regional distribution, with ceilings up to 12.2 m and numerous truck bays.
SBS Holdings completed the Tomisato Logistics Center in Tomisato, Chiba, and held a completion ceremony on September 14, 2026. The four-story, multi-tenant facility has approximately 118,333.72 sqm of floor area on a 51,959.10 sqm site, 111 truck berths, and a self-consumption solar power system with about 5,000 panels, SBS Group's largest to date.
Mitsui Fudosan's Taiwanese subsidiary has decided on its first logistics facility project in Taoyuan as it enters logistics development as a fourth business area. The announcement does not disclose the project's investment amount, capacity, contractor, or construction schedule.
Nissin has completed the Kumamoto Logistics Center in Ozu, Kumamoto, to expand domestic distribution and import-export handling capacity across Kyushu and attract new customers. The 11,189.38 sqm logistics facility includes EV charging equipment, rooftop solar generation, a secure handling area and dedicated lithium-ion battery storage, and began operations in September 2026.
Tokyu Land completed the LOGI'Q Kobe Shin-Nagata logistics facility in Kobe, Hyogo, on August 31, 2026. The four-story, multi-tenant facility supports up to six tenants, has 44 truck berths, and includes a rooftop solar installation with maximum output of 1,500 kW; Taiho Construction served as designer, supervisor and contractor.

Kasumigaseki Capital sold the development land in Kyoto, Kyoto Prefecture, to LOGI FLAG 14 GK while retaining asset-management and development-management responsibilities. The planned rental cold-storage warehouse, LOGI FLAG COLD Kyoto II, began construction in July 2026.
