The first building is a six-story steel-frame structure with 80,799 sqm of floor area on a 150,000 sqm site, producing fine ceramic components and semiconductor packages; Kyocera plans approximately JPY 68 billion in investment through fiscal 2028 and targets JPY 25 billion in annual sales from the plant from fiscal 2030.

The facility comprises a sterile culture room for propagating seedlings, a high-temperature greenhouse for cultivation and a low-temperature greenhouse for inducing flowering, enabling integrated in-house development and stable supply of high-quality flask seedlings.
