MIRAIT ONE installs liquid-cooled container data center for AI infrastructure validation

MIRAIT ONE has installed a 20-foot water-cooled container data center at its Shinkiba building in Tokyo, equipped with Delta Electronics' Liquid-to-Air Coolant Distribution Unit (LTA CDU). The facility will validate high-performance GPU servers and IOWN-enabled next-generation AI infrastructure, with operations scheduled to begin from September 2026.
