Sankei Building develops Kitamatsudo logistics facility in Matsudo

Sankei Building is developing the Kitamatsudo logistics facility in Matsudo, Chiba, as part of Fuji Media Holdings' urban development and tourism business. Construction began in March 2024 and is scheduled for completion in June 2027, with total planned investment of ¥16.177 billion.
