Shinkin Central Bank to develop office operations center in Atsugi

Shinkin Central Bank plans to develop an operations center in Atsugi, Kanagawa, with total planned investment of ¥3.058 billion. Construction began in May 2025 and is scheduled for completion in November 2028.
Pasona Group will open the permanent PASONA HARBOR STAGE offshore on Awaji Island, Hyogo, on July 17, 2026. The multipurpose venue will host concerts and events and includes a 550-seat audience area, a 900 sqm viewing area, a 600 sqm stage, and large-scale projection equipment; it will be operated by Nijigennomori.
Midac Holdings is developing a waste incineration facility in Kumagaya, Saitama, covering land and other related facilities. Construction started in November 2021; the total planned investment and completion date have not been disclosed, and funding is planned from capital-raising proceeds and borrowings.
Midac Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Midac Holdings, is developing the Okuyama-no-Mori Clean Center final disposal facility in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, in four phases. The project began in December 2008 and is scheduled for completion in December 2026, with total planned investment of ¥12.005 billion.
Resona Bank plans to invest ¥42 billion in computer systems and related equipment at facilities in Chuo Ward, Osaka, and elsewhere. The project is scheduled to start in April 2026, with no completion date disclosed.
Shikoku Bank plans to invest ¥1.34 billion in a parking facility in Kochi City, funded internally. Construction began in October 2025 and is scheduled for completion in October 2026.
