Shinkin Information System Center to modernize core banking host system in Atsugi

Shinkin Information System Center plans a major modernization of its core banking host system at its facility in Atsugi, Kanagawa. The open-systems conversion is scheduled to begin in April 2025 and be completed in February 2030, funded through internal funds and finance leases.
Tatsuta Electric Wire, a JX Advanced Metals group company, is investing at its Kyoto Factory in Fukuchiyama to expand production capacity for water leakage detection systems used in AI data centers. The project includes additional manufacturing equipment and optimization of the existing building layout and workflow, with full-scale operation scheduled to begin at the end of August 2026.
Infini VAN, Inc. plans to construct a submarine cable landing station in Taguig, Philippines, to expand the international communications capacity it can provide in the country. The project is scheduled to start in July 2025 and be completed in December 2026, with total planned investment of ¥3 billion.

Construction or development began in May 2024, with completion planned for the second half of 2029; JPY 13.892 billion had already been paid at the disclosure date.
