Shinshu Takeei plans controlled landfill expansion in Shiojiri

Shinshu Takeei plans a controlled landfill facility at its Higashiyama site in Shiojiri, Nagano, with total planned investment of ¥1.435 billion. The project is expected to add 240,000 cubic meters of landfill capacity, although construction and completion dates have not been set.
Pasona Group will open the permanent PASONA HARBOR STAGE offshore on Awaji Island, Hyogo, on July 17, 2026. The multipurpose venue will host concerts and events and includes a 550-seat audience area, a 900 sqm viewing area, a 600 sqm stage, and large-scale projection equipment; it will be operated by Nijigennomori.
Midac Holdings is developing a waste incineration facility in Kumagaya, Saitama, covering land and other related facilities. Construction started in November 2021; the total planned investment and completion date have not been disclosed, and funding is planned from capital-raising proceeds and borrowings.
