Yaskawa Electric starts operations at new Plant No.5 for robot production in Kitakyushu

Yaskawa Electric's Yahatanishi facility in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture began operating its new Plant No.5 in July 2026, a highly automated site covering motor manufacturing through robot assembly under Yaskawa's 'i3-Mechatronics' concept. The plant has adopted YE DIGITAL's MMLogiStation warehouse execution system (WES) to unify control of automated equipment and support flexible, high-mix production.
