LaSalle Investment Management to break ground on ~99,560 sqm multi-tenant logistics facility in Fukuoka

LaSalle Investment Management, through Hakata Island City special purpose company, will start construction on August 3, 2026 of 'LogiPort Fukuoka Island City', a 4-story multi-tenant logistics facility with 99,559.71 sqm total floor area in Fukuoka City's Higashi Ward. The facility will feature temperature-controlled cold storage (5°C to -25°C) on floors 1-2 and dry warehouse space on floors 3-4, targeting completion by end of October 2028, with Taisei Corporation as the construction contractor.
