LaSalle Investment Management, through Hakata Island City special purpose company, will start construction on August 3, 2026 of 'LogiPort Fukuoka Island City', a 4-story multi-tenant logistics facility with 99,559.71 sqm total floor area in Fukuoka City's Higashi Ward. The facility will feature temperature-controlled cold storage (5C to -25C) on floors 1-2 and dry warehouse space on floors 3-4, targeting completion by end of October 2028, with Taisei Corporation as the construction contractor.

Okumura Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development began construction of a new logistics facility in Hirano-kita, Hirano Ward, Osaka City, as part of a mixed-use development near JR Hirano Station. The facility is scheduled for completion in winter 2028 and will benefit from access to central Osaka and Osaka Nanko logistics hubs.
CRE completed the four-story LogiSquare Kyotanabe B multi-tenant logistics facility in Kyotanabe, Kyoto, on August 31, 2026. The 90,660.61 sqm facility can accommodate up to 12 tenants, offers 162 truck berths and 3,000 kW of high-voltage power, and forms a two-building project with adjacent LogiSquare Kyotanabe A totaling more than 240,000 sqm.
NYK Line group company Keihin Dock signed a memorandum of cooperation with Oceanic Constellations and Sagami Transport Warehouse to establish the Yokosuka Constellations Center in Taura, Yokosuka. The planned facility will conduct research and development, construction and repair, and operational services for marine unmanned vehicles.
Hankyu Hanshin Properties and CRE, together with Singapore's Sembcorp Development, completed five newly constructed logistics buildings at Sembcorp Logistics Park (Dinh Vu) in the Dinh Vu Industrial Park in Hai Phong, Vietnam. The project comprises six buildings including one acquired existing warehouse, with approximately 86,200 sqm of leasable area; construction started in June 2025 and was completed in August 2026.
