Mitsui Fudosan completes Toyocho 1 lab and starts development of Toyocho 2

Mitsui Fudosan completed Mitsui Link Lab Toyocho 1 on July 31, 2026, a leasable wet-lab and office facility in Tokyo's Koto Ward with BSL2-capable specifications and hazardous-material storage. The company also began development of the planned Mitsui Link Lab Toyocho 2, expanding its Kanto-area life-science lab network to 10 sites including planned properties.

Test operation began in June 2026, with full operation scheduled for the end of June, enabling local evaluation and analysis of automotive antennas for GNSS, ETC, 4G, 5G and V2X applications.
