Okura Yusoki has completed a new research and development facility called 'MIRAI Innovation Lab' on the site of its head office plant in Kakogawa City, Hyogo Prefecture. The facility will accelerate development of next-generation material handling systems integrating AI and robotics for warehouse and factory automation, and is intended to serve as a future open-innovation hub with universities, research institutes and startups.
