The planned facility has a total power capacity of approximately 200MW, with a Phase I project budget of approximately ¥400 billion, and the company is targeting development-permit acquisition during fiscal 2028. Fantasista states the project's content, scale, schedule and cost remain subject to change, or the project may not proceed, pending discussions with local authorities, utilities and other parties.
