GMO Internet to develop new GPU cloud data center site in Ishikari

GMO Internet has joined the Ishikari Data Center Consortium and decided to develop a new site in the Ishikari Bay New Port area of Hokkaido to expand computing resources for its GMO GPU Cloud. The company will work with data center, power, telecommunications and municipal partners to secure the electricity, communications infrastructure and land needed for an AI computing hub.
