Daiwa Corporation completed its 'Kawasaki Office' facility in the Higashi-Ogishima area of Kawasaki, Kanagawa, converting its former 40-year-old logistics site into a BTS-type frozen/refrigerated facility for food logistics. The seven-story facility spans 33,602 sqm and is expected to begin operations on August 17, 2026, serving the greater Tokyo and eastern Japan region.
