E-commerce support firm Itsumo has launched two new fulfillment centers dedicated to TikTok Shop: one in Noda, Chiba and one in Nishinomiya, Hyogo, both operational since April 2026. Combined the two raised-floor warehouses provide capacity for about 350,000 shipments per month, designed to handle the sudden order surges typical of live-commerce sales, with plans to expand further fulfillment sites nationwide.

Hankyu Hanshin Properties and Hanshin Electric Railway have started construction of Logista Naruo-hama, the first refrigerated and frozen logistics facility in the Logista series, on the former Hanshin Tigers farm facility site in Nishinomiya, Hyogo. All frozen-storage sections will support flexible temperature settings from -25C to +5C, with completion scheduled for the end of October 2028; the facility is also planned to obtain ZEB certification using rooftop solar generation.
