Resahl Kosan completes new Kamikawa plant, boosts CalsNC-R output 1,000-fold

Resahl Kosan Co., Ltd., a Saitama-based maker of microbial soil-improvement products, marked the one-year anniversary of its new Kamikawa Plant (Saitama Prefecture), built in March 2025 with roughly double the floor space of its previous factory. Automation of the production line allowed output of its flagship 'CalsNC-R' soil conditioner to surge from about 20 bags/month pre-pandemic to an average of 20,000 bags/month (peak 26,400 bags), driven by demand spikes from gardening YouTube coverage.
