Shinko Kogyo builds new 'Innovation Center' plant and office in Soja City

Auto parts maker Shinko Kogyo has constructed a new base called the 'Innovation Center' at its existing Soja City (Okayama Prefecture) site, combining head office functions and a factory. The facility aims to prototype and mass-produce higher value-added drivetrain components, boosting profitability; it also includes an on-site nursery.
Iino Kaiun completed construction of the 93,000 cubic meter LPG/ammonia Very Large Gas Carrier LUMI AURORA at Hanwha Ocean's Okpo shipyard in South Korea. The LPG dual-fuel vessel is the company's third of its kind and is designed to reduce CO2 emissions while supporting winter navigation in the Baltic Sea.
