Syla Solar to acquire grid-connected battery storage facility in Tochigi

Syla Holdings' subsidiary Syla Solar resolved to acquire land and a grid-connected battery storage facility in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, with 2MW receiving capacity and 8MWh storage capacity. The purchase price is undisclosed but confirmed to be less than 30% of the company's consolidated net assets as of FY2026/5. Contract signing is planned for July 17, 2026, with settlement and delivery expected November 1, 2026.
