Tokyu Land to develop mixed-use redevelopment at JR Ashiya Station South District

Ashiya City is advancing a redevelopment project in the JR Ashiya Station South District, targeting September 2026 groundbreaking with completion in August 2030. Tokyu Land is participating as the specified builder, with Taikensetsu handling basic and detailed design. The project includes an 11-story, 2-basement mixed-use building with 51 residential units, retail, offices, dining, and public facilities including a library function and citizen activity center on the third floor.
