TRUSCO Nakayama opens new HC East Japan Logistics Center in Sanjo

TRUSCO Nakayama began operating a newly relocated logistics center in Sanjo, Niigata, serving home-center distribution routes and consolidating imported products arriving via Niigata Port. The facility expands inventory, shipping and hazardous-material storage capacity, with automated pallet storage and a t-Sort flat sorting robot system.
Hankyu Hanshin Properties and CRE, together with Singapore's Sembcorp Development, completed five newly constructed logistics buildings at Sembcorp Logistics Park (Dinh Vu) in the Dinh Vu Industrial Park in Hai Phong, Vietnam. The project comprises six buildings including one acquired existing warehouse, with approximately 86,200 sqm of leasable area; construction started in June 2025 and was completed in August 2026.
Vital-Net began contract logistics operations at the Isehara Logistics Center in Isehara, Kanagawa, on August 3, 2026. The 7,706 sqm facility provides GMP/GDP-compliant storage and manufacturing-related logistics for pharmaceuticals, chemicals and precision equipment, with temperature control, backup power and enhanced security.
Karitsu opened the Higashi-Hiroshima Logistics Center on August 17, 2026, consolidating logistics functions previously dispersed across the Hiroshima area. The center is intended to improve the efficiency of storage, transportation, and logistics administration; no investment amount or facility scale was disclosed.
Tokyo Tatemono completed T-LOGI Sendai in Sendai, Miyagi, on June 26, 2026. The four-story ramp-style logistics facility has 42,269.71 sqm of gross floor area, 40 truck berths and rooftop solar power for on-site consumption and surplus transmission to Tokyo Tatemono Sendai Building.
Okazaki Express will build the Tahara Loginet Center, its first logistics center in eastern Mikawa, Aichi Prefecture. The facility is intended to strengthen storage and transport operations for automotive-parts customers and is scheduled for completion in 2027.
