Accrete to deploy container-type AI data center with Dell water-cooled GPU servers in Niigata

Accrete signed agreements with Getworks and Dell Technologies to acquire a new container-type data center in Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture, equipped with Dell water-cooled NVIDIA B300 GPU servers and quantum-resistant encryption from its subsidiary Forward Edge-AI Japan. The facility leverages secured power and cold climate/well water cooling advantages, with completion and handover expected September 30, 2026 and leasing to begin October 1, 2026.
ITOKI has renewed its 30-year-old mother factory and chair manufacturing site in Omihachiman, Shiga, reopening it in January 2026 as ITOKI DESIGN HOUSE SHIGA. The four-story, 2,568-sqm facility combines an external co-creation space, internal co-creation areas and a laboratory, employee workspaces, and a cafeteria, serving as a working showroom and development hub.

Pasona Group will open the permanent PASONA HARBOR STAGE offshore on Awaji Island, Hyogo, on July 17, 2026.
