Accrete to deploy container-type AI data center with Dell water-cooled GPU servers in Niigata

Accrete signed agreements with Getworks and Dell Technologies to acquire a new container-type data center in Yuzawa, Niigata Prefecture, equipped with Dell water-cooled NVIDIA B300 GPU servers and quantum-resistant encryption from its subsidiary Forward Edge-AI Japan. The facility leverages secured power and cold climate/well water cooling advantages, with completion and handover expected September 30, 2026 and leasing to begin October 1, 2026.
