Yokohama Reito completed the Nagaoka CONNECT Logistics Center in Nagaoka, Niigata, its first logistics base on Japan's Sea of Japan side and a strategic cold-chain hub for the Joetsu and Shinetsu regions. The three-story facility has 27,272 tonnes of storage capacity and includes automated material-handling systems, natural-refrigerant refrigeration, EV charging and a 173 kWh lithium-ion battery system to strengthen logistics resilience and disaster-response alternatives.
