NTT Data Group, through NTT Global Data Centers, launched development of the 'Tokyo TKY12' data center campus in the Inzai-Shiroi area of Chiba - a roughly 250MW, six-building campus that will rank among Japan's largest. Fantasista to develop 200MW AI data center in Sendai

Fantasista's board decided to develop an AI data center on approximately 71,787 sqm of land it owns in Aoba-ku, Sendai, Miyagi, through consolidated subsidiary NC MAX WORLD. The planned facility has a total power capacity of approximately 200MW, with a Phase I project budget of approximately ¥400 billion, and the company is targeting development-permit acquisition during fiscal 2028. Fantasista states the project's content, scale, schedule and cost remain subject to change, or the project may not proceed, pending discussions with local authorities, utilities and other parties.

ITOKI completes renewal of chair manufacturing hub in Shiga
