Godo Kaisha Ishikari Saiene Data Center No.1, jointly invested by Tokyu Fudosan, Flower Communications, and Agility Asset Advisors, completed construction of a data center in Ishikari City, Hokkaido on March 27, 2026. The facility will run entirely on Ishikari's renewable energy and will begin partial data hall operations in August 2026, connected to Tokyo's Otemachi via NTT East's IOWN All-Photonics Network for low-latency, high-speed connectivity.
