Tokyu Real Estate (Tokyo) is planning a wind power generation project in the Atsuta district of Ishikari City, Hokkaido. The Ishikari City Environmental Council submitted its advisory opinion on the environmental impact assessment to the mayor on July 30, 2026, noting potential effects on white-tailed eagles.
