Environmental Friendly Holdings' subsidiary AI Tech Tomakomai signed a preferential negotiation MOU with Finnish AI cloud provider Verda Cloud Oy for a definitive colocation lease covering the full 10MW Phase I capacity of the Tomakomai AI data center in Hokkaido. The MOU includes a $5 million reservation deposit and marks the first concrete demand-side milestone for the project, which also plans a 50MW Phase II expansion via new 66kV substation infrastructure.
